Q150 Time Capsule

On Friday 4th December, a time capsule was buried on the Lady Bowen Lawn at Old Government House, QUT Gardens Point. The capsule includes personal messages from Queenslanders for future generation to be read in 2059 - Queensland’s bicentenary year. The site of the burial is significant as the lawn is named after the wife of first Governor of Queensland (Sir George Bowen) Lady Diamantina Bowen.
